Time To Decide

It is time for us to decide to lose the weight that we have been talking about losing.  We have access to so many healthy and sustainable weight loss tools.  There are free apps that will help  us count calories and track our progress.  Most foods are labeled and include bar codes for scanning. Measuring cups and spoons are readily available to help us reveal and correct food and beverage portion sizes.

We can decide to establish new eating patterns that are sustainable.  We can incorporate food and beverages that we like into our daily intake.  We can break our weight loss goal into smaller more manageable parts, for instance, five pounds every two weeks so as not to overwhelm ourselves.

We can decide to set aside a regular time for a form of exercise that we enjoy.  Finally, we can decide to determine a regular sleep schedule to rest and rejuvenate our bodies so that we are prepared to make good choices when we awake.
