Time to Vent
Complaining is not meant to be a daily constant. It is a call for solutions, a sign that we need to change our behavior, our surroundings or our perspective. Everything is not wrong, but constant complaining is.
Ask questions: What is the complaint? Where is the complaint taking place? When is the complaint taking place? Why? Is it valid? What is our preferred result? How can we achieve our preferred result?
Healthy venting, on the other hand, is meant to lower our level of anxiety to a point of calm so that solutions can come to us. Plans can then be made and implemented to get the preferred result, to resolve complaints.
