Peace of Time

Take time to make peace with past moments.  Accept that it is impossible to change them, but certainly possible to learn from them.  Move forward with those new lessons and make today better.  Improve your health in body, in mind and in soul by choosing what to eat, what to think about and what to meditate on.

We can seek the serenity to accept the moments that we cannot change, the courage to change the moments that we can and the wisdom to know the difference.
